⚡ TL;DR
🗂 This Week's Releases
Claude Code (v2.1.316)
Pooled group budgets, a new subagent effort setting, and idle chats that compact themselves. Also: lock writes to your working directory and route gateway traffic by IdP group. Four releases this week.
Claude Agent SDK / TypeScript (v0.3.316)
New
permissions.blockReadsExemptPaths lets specific paths through the directory lockdown. blockWritesOutsideWorkingDirectories and alpha prewarm() landed in .314. Keeps pace with Claude Code version-for-version.OpenAI Codex CLI (rust-v0.166.0)
Keyboard-driven transcript search, GPT-6.1 Terra in the model catalog, and
codex queue --resume. Memory v2 is now on by default. See the deep dive below.CrewAI (v1.15.34)

lfm3-audio now available on more machines.GitHub Copilot in VS Code (v1.144)

🔍 Highlight Deep Dive: Codex CLI Gets a Real TUI
codex queue --resume is the quiet killer feature in rust-v0.166.0. Combined with keyboard-driven transcript search, you can now navigate long coding sessions the way you'd navigate a terminal multiplexer — find the context, resume the task, keep moving. Pair that with GPT-6.1 Terra in the catalog and memory v2 on by default, and Codex CLI is starting to feel less like a novelty and more like infrastructure. If you haven't aliased it yet, this is the release to start.
