- Permission prompts show Always allow and Never allow options by default
- Scheduled background loops can be deleted directly from the tray
- Status line command scripts can run on a timer via refresh_interval in config.toml
- Permission prompts offer a Never allow choice for MCP tools and web-fetch domains that persists per project
- Workflows tab in the extensions modal (Ctrl+L or /plugins) lists installed workflows with name, source, and description
