Gemini CLI v0.67.0 adds a models command and IDE companion support in container sandboxes

Gemini CLI's only release so far in November 2026 is v0.67.0, shipped on November 4, and it adds a command for listing models and extends IDE companion support to container sandboxes. The month is still in progress, so more releases may follow.

The release summary describes a new models command for listing available models. The IDE companion is now bridged into container sandboxes over exec stdio. The rest of the notes are fixes: duplicate agent loading when the workspace is the home directory, Thai and Lao character width, IDE settings and GEMINI.md files being included in open file context, untrusted flag checks now scoped to external output with approved flags remembered, and RFC 9110 token rules when splitting custom headers. writeTextFile's atomic writes now respect read-only files and hard links, and the a2a-server had a fix for where express.json() is mounted.
