Devin Desktop opens Devin Review and Quick Review to all Windsurf IDE users

Devin Desktop's main change in May 2026 is that all Windsurf IDE users now have access to Devin Review and Quick Review with their existing subscription. Three releases shipped, from v2.2.17 to v2.3.15.

Devin Review is available to all self-serve users with a 2 week free trial, while enterprise users need a Cognition platform agreement. v2.2.17 also added a list display option for the agent inbox in the Agent Command Center, improved sessions sidebar sorting and filtering, and sped up loading and switching sessions. It fixed a bug that blocked updates for some Windows users, who may need to close all devin.exe processes in Task Manager before installing. v2.3.9 improved terminal processing performance, restored conversation sharing, fixed swe-check model availability for some users, and repaired path resolution for the Devin local agent on WSL. v2.3.15 had no detailed notes.
