Release Notes

Devin Mono for Code and Terminals Code blocks and terminals in the app now render in Devin Mono, a new monospace typeface designed to pair with the app's UI font. Shell output in the Progress tab uses the same character spacing as the rest of the app. Read-Only Live Shell Preview The streaming terminal preview in the worklog is now a read-only text view: clicking it no longer places a cursor or captures keyboard input, text can be selected and copied normally, and multi-line progress bars redraw correctly. Messages Are No Longer Lost When the Connection Drops Messages sent to Devin from the browser, Devin Desktop or mobile right before the connection drops (closing the tab, backgrounding the app, a reconnect) are now saved by the server instead of being lost. Session Preview Cards in the Sidebar Hovering a session in the sidebar opens a preview card showing the session's title and status, the last few lines of Devin's latest response (updating live while Devin is working), the session's pull requests with their status, and its working directory. PR rows in the card follow your "Pull request links open…" preference. Sidebar and Command Palette The sidebar now names the approval a session is waiting on ("Approve skill", "Approve playbook", "Approve sessions") instead of a generic "Approval required". The Pinned folder has a "+" button to start a new, already-pinned session, the Filter menu search also matches filter values (typing "cloud" finds the Agent filter), and sessions in the command palette show the same working / unread / attention indicators as the sidebar. Context Tab The Context tab now shows the session's reports and images first; other files fold into one row, and memory opens from a single row. Session Menu Polish Unavailable session menu actions are hidden or explain why they cannot be used, and the explanation for Mark done / Stop session appears when hovering the info icon rather than the whole row. Voice Call Bar Follows the Composer The voice call bar fills the composer row correctly, including in a narrow pane. Sharper Testing Recordings and Screenshots Devin's testing recordings and screenshots are captured at 2× resolution, so zoomed-in footage stays sharp. Hardware-Accelerated Emulators in Sessions Android emulators and other KVM-accelerated tools now start with hardware acceleration on the first try in Devin sessions, with no permission workaround needed. Ask Devin Recognizes Commented-Out Code Ask Devin now recognizes when code in its search results is commented out, so it no longer describes commented-out routes, features or settings as if they were active. Devin Fixes Its Own PRs' Review Findings Before They Are Posted When Devin Review reviews a pull request that a running Devin session opened, the findings are no longer posted as review comments right away. They go to that session first: with Auto-fix on Devin fixes what it can, with Auto-fix off it only reports back. While this happens the PR shows a "Devin is addressing Devin Review findings" status. Once Devin is done, only the findings it could not fix are posted as review comments, and the status lists what was fixed; the Devin Review badge and "No Issues Found" summary still appear as before, and code-quality findings stay on the Devin Review page. PRs that no running session owns are reviewed exactly as today. Resolved Findings Keep the Original Finding Findings that Devin marks as resolved keep showing the original finding, with Devin's resolution explanation as a reply underneath. Remembered Comment Action Choosing "Comment" or "Start a review" from the comment button's dropdown in Devin Review makes it the default action for future comments. Reliability and Navigation Fixes Returning to a session's Devin Review tab after a new commit opens the latest analysis, reopening a collapsed session pane keeps your reading position, clicking another PR in a stack follows your PR-link preference, CI check names are no longer cut off by long descriptions, and expanding an "Asked DeepWiki" step in Review chat no longer shows raw snippet markup. Sessions also no longer get spurious "Rate limit exceeded" errors from the Devin Review tools when many sessions run at once. Scan Finding View Polish Scan finding summaries no longer show a duplicate "Overview" heading, finding details are left-aligned, and dismissed or resolved findings have a "Reopen finding" button in the footer. Preflight Checks for Automations An automation can now run a script after each trigger, before Devin starts. Use it to further validate the event, transform or enrich its data for the session, or skip runs you don't want. Turn it on under "Before the agent runs" in the automation editor; the script runs in an isolated environment with a configurable timeout, and each run's preflight result is shown in the run details. Oncall Lists and Settings The Oncall Reports tab lists reports in the same format as responder issues, ordered by most recently updated, with a short summary of each report's latest run. Responders and Incidents lists show relative times with the exact date on hover, and Oncall Skills & Context now opens from a settings gear in the Oncall header and matches Customize. Devin as a Native Jira Agent Devin is now available as a native agent inside Jira. A Jira admin installs the Devin for Jira app on the site and links it to your Devin account from Settings → Integrations → Jira. Once linked, assigning a work item to Devin or @mentioning it starts a session, and Devin's progress and replies appear in Jira's agent panel; if Devin can't start (no default organization, missing permission, usage limit), Jira shows Devin's explanation instead of a generic error. Microsoft Teams: Sync from the Session Menu and Clearer Setup Messaging You can now sync a session to Microsoft Teams from the session's menu in the sidebar, and sessions synced to a Teams channel or group chat show a simple "Sync to Teams...
